Hôtel très bien situé, calme, chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Réceptionnistes de nuit très agréables, réceptionnistes en journée et personnels au petit déjeuner, juste 'service minimum'

Séjour qui fut court mais suffisant pour ma part, nuisances sonores la nuit et service très limité. Fontaine à eau dans les couloirs mais sans gobelets? Le petit déjeuner est prévu de 7h à 10h, le personnel était rigide et consterné par la demande d'avoir un petit déjeuner payé d'avance (10€) même moindre avant 7h sans même demander à un responsable ou essayer d'apporter une réponse autre que "NON, soit vous prenez soit vous prenez pas l'horaire c'est pas notre problème".Un manque de flexibilité et de service client indigne de l'hôtellerie pour avoir déjà fait cette requête dans d'autres hôtels européens, je ne recommande pas

Great location, friendly helpful staff, very clean, comfortable room. Only drawbacks: lack of bathroom privacy, lots of homeless people yelling on weekend nights. Excellent value.
