Very good location with a tram station right outside the hotel, as well as a food court right across. Easily you can buy tickets and get to the city centre. Very clean as well! They also offer breakfast sets.

The bed is with curtains so it’s very private!!

The hotel is very clean but if you stay for several nights they do no clean in the middle. Next to the hotel there's carrefour city and several restaurants and Cafe and boulangerie very convenient. And there's a restaurant inside the hotel too.

Near to bus station. Very modern and stylish building. Everything is very fresh and new. Comfortable beds and crystal white linens. You can use small canteen with the fridge. Breakfast is also available. I had a great stay

Nice hotel!!! I loved this

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by tram. It requires a bit of walking from the hotel to city center or you can take the tram and then walk for 10 minutes or so to most tourist attractions. The room is small but well designed. Most of the staff I met are very friendly. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I would stay here again if I am to visit Toulouse in the near future!

I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

The room and bathroom is very clean. Staff is very Friendly. The breakfast have not many options but is decent

Excellent for the price

The location for those arriving at Toulouse airport could not be better. The rooms are simple, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The tram stop is right in front, better than being in the center.

I recommend very nice

We are all satisfied, it is safe, the transportation is very convenient, and the service is warm and friendly. The room design is very special. The actual check-in experience is basically the same as the online description. It is a very comfortable trip. The eklo accommodation is the icing on the cake.

Big scam. The reservation ended up being in a girls' dorm. (Even though I thought I had booked a classic room) Problem I'm a man! I had to pay 20€ more
