Satisfaite dans l'ensemble. Aussi bien de l'accueil, de la propreté de la chambre, qualité des services ok seul bémol le frigo dans la chambre était vide. Très bel hôtel atypique.. je recommande.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de la ville. Accueil agréable. La chambre est grande mais manque de chaleur … l’insonorisation est catastrophique, vous entendez votre voisin uriner ! Petit déjeuner assez cher pour la qualité et la diversité des produits. Un hôtel pour une nuit.

Good hotel and nice stay. Front desk SARAH was great positive vibe of hotel. You ask her anything you get your answer regarding hotel facilities and near by attraction, restaurants etc. Even though coffee at cafe is free at all the time, I would prefer to get it made at my room the time I want it. Electric kettle with coffee or tea would have been a better experience for guests. Breakfast spread served is minimum but its ok. The shopping Centre is 5 minutes away from hotel and everything closes at 6pm except eat outs. Nice hotel to stay in future too.

Nous avons réservé un apart hôtel pour la possibilité de boire un boisson chaud ou réchauffer les plats. Notre réservation était changer, sans être prévenus. Nous sommes trouvés dans une chambre « familiale « sans coin cuisine, même pas un bouilloire et un réfrigérateur vide. Sur la porte, le prix affiché était moins que le montant que nous avons payé. Très déçu par ce manque de respect et d’organisation.

Goed gelegen hotel om Doornik te bezoeken, op wandelafstand van de Markt van Doornik. Hotel is goed, zonder meer. Op de kamer staat een frigo/minibar, die echter op slot was. De airco kon je enkel aan/uit zetten, maar niet instellen; 20° C is vrij warm om te slapen, en op de ramen hing een melding deze niet te openen. Badkamer was in orde, maar vrij fris (daar was de verwarming ingesteld op 15° C). Ontbijt was sober, maar dit kon wel genuttigd worden op het terras, wat met het prachtige weer een meerwaarde was. De dame aan het onthaal was weinig communicatief.
