A Novotel remains a Novotel, we didn't go there for the charm of the hotel. However, we found a decline in the quality of services. No more shower gel in the room, no hair dryer. The breakfast is varied but we see that the products are less qualitative. Certainly times are saving but for the price of the room, we expect better quality services.

I want to praise Pierre's availability and responsiveness, when around 11 p.m., an electrical outage in my room plunged me into darkness. He came immediately to do some tests to understand where the problem was coming from. Then he returned with a stepladder, in order to work on the electrical panel camouflaged under the false ceiling, not very easy to access and without respect for his blazer... All this while telling me that he was sorry and getting active because so that this disturbance is as temporary as possible. Thanks to him, I was able to very quickly continue my evening in good conditions.
