"The double rooms are very nice. However on my second day I switched rooms to a 4 bed room and the shower was dirty with hair in it. The garden is nice, but the staff didn’t allow us to sit at the jazz show without ordering a drink and the next day at the same garden I was having some fruits and the staff said I cannot eat or drink in the garden???"

"The hotel has a great location, right next to the train station. The room has a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, and ironing board, and there's an elevator. Unfortunately, it's not 24-hour customer service. The front desk is supposed to open at 6:15 am on Monday, but no one was there, so we couldn't check out or store our luggage, which was very frustrating. We stayed two nights, and the room wasn't cleaned during that time."

"As a nostalgic kid who has gone back to studying in Tours for ten years, it must be said that this apartment has all the conveniences. It only takes 3 minutes to catch the train and it is very convenient to go to the castle and the city center. There is a mini kitchen in the apartment-style, where you can make your own tea, buy alcohol and make some convenient fast food. I booked the cheapest room type because I was traveling alone, but the room for me was facing the church bell tower, and the bed was super large and comfortable. It may not be as big as a big hotel room, but a typical French residence is like this. The sanitation is very good, but the catch is that there is no daily room cleaning."
