Chambre exiguë, simple vitrage donnant sur une rue très passante. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Ni bouilloire, ni café sauf si vous souhaitez encore payer 4,50 euros par jour, en plus des 88€ de la chambre. Accès inaccessible au personnes à mobilité réduite, clim mobile bas de gamme et pour clôturer le tout chambre en plein milieu de la salle du petit déjeuner. C'était notre unique week-end de repos depuis très longtemps, malheureusement il n'a rien eu de reposant.

Must stay
If you are traveling through the middle of France it would be a mistake to skip Tours. And your stay at this lovely old fashioned hotel is a must.

Sympathique petit hôtel en plein centre historique de Tours. Confort, calme et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Petit-déjeuner buffet très correct. J’y vais très régulièrement. Un très bon rapport qualité prix! Très belle situation et patron aux petits soins.

Charm and location
Loved being in a historic building and the location was excellent. Walkable from train station and to everything you need. No elevator if that matters to you. I needed the stairs to work off the croissants!

Balzac y était aussi : )
On était très surpris de savoir que Balzac avait passé ses premiers années de pension dans cet hotel.
Il avait vecu dans ce batiment et avait monté ces escaliers ...
Petit batiment très ancien, sans ascenseur, mais charmant, propres, calme et très très bien situé au centre ville.
Le personnel très sympa et serviables.
