... disait Ronsard. Et bien, ce n'est pas le cas pour l'hôtel nommé après lui. Situé au centre du Vieux-Tours dans une rue tranquille, mais au coin de la rue Colbert, animée par une pléiade de restaurants en tous genres. Et tout près de la cathédrale Saint-Gatien. Les chambres plutôt neutres, pas design ni rétro comme c'est souvent le cas, offrent l'espace et le confort nécessaires, et sont d'une propreté exemplaire. Accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée le soir. Le lendemain monsieur Bruno faisait acte de présence pour un petit déjeuner de qualité. Grand lecteur, il engagea rapidement une discussion avec mon épouse au sujet de René Girard, Céline et Pierre Michon. A suivre.

Great location for this small hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, who we arranged discounted parking with a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had continental breakfast both mornings (€12 per person per day) which had a good selection of fruit, cheese & ham, croissants and cakes.
Room was clean and a reasonable size for a 2 night stay.

Nous avons choisi de passer 2 nuits à Tours pour découvrir cette ville qui se trait à mi-chemin de notre lieu de vacances. Nous sommes enchantés de notre choix. Les chambres calmes et confortables permettent de passer des nuits reposantes. Ainsi nous étions en forme pour parcourir Tours pendant la journée.

Un buon hotel nel centro storico di Tours. Camera all’ultimo piano molto silenziosa con un bel bagno dotato di finestre. Nel complesso una sistemazione ottima per visitare Tours. Attenzione che manca di ascensore pertanto valutare le camere al piano alto solo se non avete problemi di deambulazione.

Very helpful staff. Parking was challenging but once located it worked well. Great location with easy walks to everything and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
