Points forts : la literie - l’isolation des chambres on n’entends rien de ce qui se passe dehors alors que c’est très bruillant Choses à revoir : - manque d’équipements dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles (pas de frigo - 2 micros serviettes dans la salle de bain) - rideaux troués, draps déchirés - une salle de bain sans charme tuyaux apparents, joints de la baignoire : noirs - décoration qui manque de modernité - le personnel n’est pas incroyable Je cherche encore les 4 étoiles Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel et le déconseillons

Although there was a lot of renovation work being carried out at the hotel, it was clean, the staff helpful, the bedroom and bathroom spacious providing a comfortable bed and lots of hot water in freezing weather.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un gros coup de relooking. La décoration et les peintures sont entièrement à refaire, les moquettes usées et l'accueil au buffet du petit déjeuner très moyen. Nous étions à trois couples et sommes très déçu. Il ne mérite pas du tout d'avoir 4 étoiles.

La chambre était très froide en arrivant et le radiateur à peine tiède, la climatisation en mode chauffage n'était pas suffisante pour réchauffer la pièce.
La salle du petit déjeuner était tout aussi froide, aucun personnel à 7h pour le petit déjeuner ! Pas de jus de d'orange, pas de charcuterie pas d'œufs des mini croissants et mini pains au chocolat pas frais, bref décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !
C'était la 2ème fois que je venais dans cet hôtel, la 1ère fois il y a quelques mois était plutôt bien mais là j'ai été très déçu.

La température intérieure de la chambre et la même que dans l’après-midi en plein mois de décembre, c’est-à-dire 12° chauffage à fond, je pense que l’établissement n’est pas dans le côté écho label, mais plutôt dans le non confort de ses clients.
