The hotel I booked for Towada Winter Story,
But there is still some distance to walk to the venue,
A very period hotel,
The breakfast buffet was mediocre with not many food choices.

The hotel should be regarded as a relatively old hot spring hotel, exuding the atmosphere of old money. Although the service at the front desk can't be faulted, there is an inexplicable sense of alienation. The price/performance ratio is average, but if you live in Lake Towada, there are not many choices. The hot spring is not bad, there is a large outdoor bath, but it is just a garden view, nothing special.

A B&B near Towada. There is a large bath for bathing (additional ¥150 per person). There is a private room for delicious Kaiseki cuisine for dinner. The room is clean and the CP value is very high.

The hotel is large, has a private bath, the staff is kind and friendly, and the hot spring experience is great.
The facilities are a bit old, and Lake Towada looks like a deserted city after 5 o'clock. Fortunately, you can shop in the hotel.
