The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort

我們是從函館去的洞爺湖，所以沒坐酒店的班車，而是從函館坐JR去的洞爺湖，再坐公交至温泉街下，步行去到酒店的，酒店外觀很一般，走入內部眼前豁然開闊，從大堂的落地大玻璃往外望即是滿眼的湖景，藍天白雲山景湖景，值了。一樣3點PM辦入住，託了行李可以去湖邊走走，賞賞景，拍拍照。晚飯5點PM開始，餐食選擇不算多，日式、洋式、中式都有些；每樣的味道都着實不錯，小鐵盤牛排值得推薦，幾款飲料也好喝，海鮮日料部分也不錯，鮮榨蘋果汁嗲。在落地窗邊吃着美食，欣賞着夕陽西下，哇塞棒棒棒的。晚餐後休息片刻，樓上無邊泉池一泡，疲乏全消。回房間看煙花，也可以外出坐船一路追着煙花，這天的安排絕對是滿滿的幸福。房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店不僅提供洗浴用品、身體乳，還提供卸粧油、洗面奶、化粧水、乳液，絕對到位點贊！可惜我們衹安排了一晚，洞爺湖的很多地方都沒時間去，留待下次吧！

High floor rooms and facilities are excellent

I was really looking forward to this trip with my friend, but the sink in the room hadn't been cleaned at all (they completely forgot to do it), the headboard of the bed was covered in dust, the TV was covered in dust and the remote control was dirty. I called the front desk and they said "This is the first time we've ever seen anything like this" and changed the room, but the TV was still dusty... It was a shame because it seemed like a good hotel and the food was very good.

The view from the room is very good👍The facilities and sanitary environment are good👍It is only inconvenient to change the order. The original reservation was for 4 people in a room plus 4 breakfasts + dinners. Due to an accident at a friend's home (my father was seriously ill and admitted to the ICU), we actually went with 3 people. We had tickets for the 20th, and we proposed to modify the order on the 19th. I wanted to change the breakfast and dinner for 4 people to 3 people, but the reply was not approved. On the 21st, the three of us checked in and invited the tour guide to have dinner together, but we were refused entry again. We asked why? We were told that only people staying in the hotel can enjoy it; then our four meals cannot be changed to three, and it cannot be enjoyed by four people. The hotel is too overbearing; we claimed our rights, and after some discussion, we finally agreed to dine with four people, but then we arranged our seats again We walked in; there was clearly an empty view seat in front, so why couldn't we sit there? They were all booked; the reserved table had a dining sign, so we chose a seat without a sign, and two people sat down at a seat with a view of Lake Toya. The waiter who led the table said no, and we needed an excuse. If we don’t come out, we will sit down and not leave. The result is OK. Although the ingredients are all fresh and delicious, our experience is not that good and we feel very unhappy.

The restaurant is facing Toyako Yotei Mountain. The breakfast and dinner are very rich. The rooftop infinity hot spring allows you to watch fireworks while soaking in the hot spring at night. It is really worth the price. Book a free shuttle bus in advance to Sapporo Station.
