The hotel on the top of the mountain is surrounded by clouds and smoke; overlooking Lake Toya and the mountains, the scenery is beautiful, amazing, and the experience is extraordinary! As a resort hotel, what else can you fault? Facilities, services, scale and quality, and cost-effectiveness are all not mentioned. I love this hotel!

老牌酒店了 10年前有來過一次，酒店保存的還是很完整的也沒有特別多的變動，工作人員服務超好，温泉和晚餐都不錯 值得推介

My husband stayed at the foot of the mountain last time. This time he came for Windsor and said he must come to experience their service. I feel that this is the hotel I must stay in when I come to Lake Toya in the future. The service is really much better than many five-star hotels in China. I booked a lake view room and was woken up by my husband in the morning to watch the sunrise. It was so beautiful! The breakfast was also very rich. We chose the European breakfast, which is a choice between Japanese and European. The Japanese breakfast is a set meal, and the European breakfast only has one main dish, and bread, drinks, fruits and some salads are all unlimited.

First of all, the environment of Windsor Hotel is really very beautiful. Although we have a sea view room, the coastline is also very beautiful, and the environment is invincible. There is a golf course and a tennis court. When the sun sets, you can see the sunset directly from the window, perfect! Secondly, the hot spring is also very comfortable. The rest area and the pool are relatively large and clean, especially the outdoor bath, blowing the sea breeze, and soaking in the hot spring is also a kind of enjoyment. For breakfast, we chose Western food. The taste is more authentic, and the most important thing is that the ingredients are very good. It is wonderful to eat with the lake view of Lake Toya! Not far away is the famous Mount Yotei in Hokkaido. Mountain view, lake view, and sea view constitute the external environment of the entire hotel, which is worth staying! The view of the lobby from the corridor bridge is quite shocking! Every morning, there is a harpist playing the harp, and the view outside the lobby window is really a kind of enjoyment. If I go to Lake Toya again, I will choose Windsor again! The hotel has five restaurants. Three of them are Michelin-level, and reservations are required! Because the hotel is on the mountain, there is no supermarket or other shops nearby. But the hotel has a scheduled shuttle bus to the hot spring town every day to go shopping and eat. But we didn't go down the mountain, we just stayed in the hotel for two days and enjoyed the scenery and environment.
