I was transferred to Osaka and stayed here to view a property. It was close to Esaka Station and the real estate agency I was going to the next day, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the window was great! I'd like to use it again on the day I move😊

This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

I stayed for the first time in 2 years. I canceled the final flight from Itami, and I stayed at the decision because there was an artificial hot spring near the airport. It is close to the straight distance, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk because it is not a detour route. The trouble is the case of flight cancellation by storm. It will be wet in 10 minutes. At that time, this hotel is happy to have a pick-up car from 1 people. Also, I stayed in the superior room on the upper floor for the first time, but it was usually a business hotel. I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

The hotel is just opposite JR Nichi Station, and it is very convenient to get there. The rooms are more spacious than those in ordinary Japanese hotels. i had a concert in the hall next door, so i asked my mother, 79 years old. Despite the busy time of lunch time, I was able to spend a very happy time with my mother who was able to go out with me occasionally. i'm sorry for the mistake of my time, but i'm sorry for the hard work. Also, my mother forgot to the store for the concert, but I received a warm email. (I didn't notice the phone and email, and I asked for a disposal because I was home, and I was really sorry) I had a select lunch! Every dish was very delicious until dessert. Terraced rice fields in the sky The open-air bath has a sense of openness, and it was great to be able to see all of Osaka. However, it is a pity that men and women can only enter from 11:45 at night due to the gender change system. The room was a triple room for 2 people, but it had 3 beds and a small TV at the end. . . I think it would have been easier to see if it had been hung on the wall. I could hear the voices in the corridor and the noise of the children next door. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of knocking on the door next door.I wish the sound would be improved. We could not expect view on the mountain side whether it was type of room. The buffet was ok at night. The venue was large and there were a lot of people, so I didn't feel like I was eating calmly. In the morning, it's like a normal business hotel. I think it's for families or groups. It was quite comfortable, but I didn't feel like I was relaxing and relaxing. Check-in and check-out are also crowded.

Location next to a seriously busy six-lane road. I feared traffic noise to be a round the clock nightmare, however, with the window shut, it was in fact never a problem, probably courtesy of double glazing and proper insulation generally. The window could be opened wide, which was a welcome surprise, but the roar of the traffic (even on a 4th floor) was such that nobody would want to put up with it for longer than strictly necessary. The Kadoma area may appear rather underwhelming initially, but it is relatively convenient for the Expo Park (a major attraction by any standards) and more geared for local residents rather than commuters, who are another type of creature with different needs. No Metro station nearby, but it is on the intersection of the Osaka Monorail and the Keihan light railway. Otherwise, good predictable Toyoko with self-service check-in machine. Useful 7Eleven just opposite.

The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. Because it was crowded The front desk was rough. The tone of the room is male? Or the wall and the light shielding curtain are thick. It is good that the room light can be brightly adjusted. I was surprised that there was a microwave oven in the room ❗ table It's a little narrow and the chair is a type of backrest, so long hours may be tired.

The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the service. Any problems are solved in a timely manner. The attitude is very friendly. The sanitary conditions are good. The room is clean and the area is 23 square meters. It is very spacious for two people. The only drawback is that there is a highway not far from the window. There is noise when sleeping at night, so I can adapt well.

GGuest UserThis is the best place for early morning flights. The convenience store was right next door, and the room was renewed and clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I had plenty of time to enter, so I went to the observation deck on the 4th floor and enjoyed shopping with the plane and the evening view. In the daytime, fashionable imported furniture from Scandinavia and Yoshimoto Kogyo goods Bonnerund seem to be fun. The hotel room was soundproofed, so I could hear the sound of the plane and couldn't sleep.

Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

Pros: Near airport and train station. Cleaning staff are very motivated do an excellent job. The front desk staff is friendly. Cons: rooms smell like an ashtray unless you specifically ask for a nonsmoking room. If you aren’t part of some Toyoko Inn membership club you cannot check in early (even if your room is ready), bathroom feels like a cruise ship. The shuttle is to and from the airport doesn’t run in the morning. Even with staff standing right at the desk, you have to do an automated check in with a computer. Yeah, my biggest gripe was that after traveling for over 24 hours to get to Osaka I was told I could not get into my room 45 minutes early unless I paid an extra ¥1000, or presented my Tokyo membership card. Like gee….I’m sorry…this is the first time I’ve been here….certainly charge me extra because I don’t have a membership card with you all. NOT a good way of taking care of an exhausted guest.

GGuest UserReally cheap. There is no room key or card, so you need to call the front desk to ask the staff to open and close the door. This may not be acceptable to everyone. The room is large and the bathtub with massage function is also large. For breakfast, you need to reserve the menu and delivery time through the menu on the room TV. When the time comes, a staff member will deliver breakfast to the cabinet next to the room door and ring the doorbell to notify you. The hotel is next to the highway, with free parking. There are several hotels nearby, but there are only two large restaurants nearby. One of them was too crowded and had to queue up. There are no supermarkets, shopping malls, or drugstores nearby, so it's relatively quiet.
