I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

I was transferred to Osaka and stayed here to view a property. It was close to Esaka Station and the real estate agency I was going to the next day, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the window was great! I'd like to use it again on the day I move😊

The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return.
