The hotel service is good, are hot spring hotels will have facilities, dinner the first night to eat Matsuya crab and sashimi slices are very fresh, and the second night as I do not eat beef, so the hotel gave us pork and chicken (optional Danma Beef), the food is delicious, and the breakfast is Japanese cuisine is average, the restaurant waiters are mostly South Asians, for easier communication with tourists, the location is easy to find (self-drive) The hotel has provided car shuttle to the station.

The hotel is located deep in Kinosaki Onsen, nearly 2 kilometers from the train station. There is a shuttle bus, there are relatively few people, and the price will be affordable. The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are clean and tidy, and it has two hot springs, one open-air and one semi-open-air. After checking into the hotel, a QR code will be issued, which can be used to visit the seven public hot springs in the town. The other two meals were also good, and I had no problem filling myself up.

The service and facilities are satisfactory, and the food is good, but there are no surprises. If the bus goes to the train station in the morning, it would be better if the last bus is later.

It is a very special experience. I chose the hot springs in the store. There are 4 hot springs in the hotel, which are sufficient and clean. Both dinner and breakfast were very rich and delicious. The waiters could explain in Mandarin. However, there was no boiling water and you had to pay extra to order drinks. In addition, there is a pass to go to other hot springs outside, but it was not stated in advance that there would be a fee. We didn't have time to enjoy it and we didn't know whether we could get a refund.

Wonderful night stay here to enjoy the natural onsen .The train from Kyoto to here about 2 1/2 hour ride stop at kinosaki station . Tourists are advised to book the accommodation online or prior arriving . Special dinner will be served in your room . Please take note that mostly the staff speak & understand very little English here but they are very friendly . Nice & clean hotel !

The building is a little old, but clean. Of course, credit cards are accepted. There are two indoor baths (one for men and one for women) and two open-air baths (one for men and one for women), and you can take a total of four types of baths because they are on a rotation system. To get to one of the open-air baths, you have to walk up to a different floor, so that may be a little tiring for people with disabilities. (The view is very nice.) The outdoor bath ticket can be used even after check-out (until 3:30 p.m.), which is very convenient. It is a little outside the hot spring town, but it is not so difficult to walk there (it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it may be difficult for people who are not used to wearing unfamiliar shoes or geta). There are few restaurants near the hotel, so if you do not eat at the hotel, you will need to go to the hot spring town. Alcoholic beverages such as beer are sold at the hotel, but it is expensive to buy them at the hotel. There is also a shuttle service operated by the hotel, and it is convenient to get to the hotel from JR Kinosaki Station. If you want to use it, please check the time carefully. (A shuttle service to the hot spring town was also provided in the evening.) Please note that the underground facility is currently (August 2020) closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, toilet, and bath, but the bath is quite small (although I don't think I'll use it much since I'll be using the large public baths in the hot spring town and hotel). This time I used the plan that included a bento box. For 10,000 yen, I thought it was very cost-effective, as it included bento boxes for breakfast and dinner.
