When making a reservation, you are shown to a hot spring inn called "Kinshui", but in reality you are shown to an annex called "Machi no Nedoko Kinsui" that does not have a bath. Even when I pointed out that it was different from the conditions presented on the site, there was no way to respond and I was shown to it with a very rude attitude.

Everything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, "Oh," and told me the amount to pay again. It was so At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai. Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really. And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.

The only good thing was the location. I was sent to the annex without meals, but the comfort level was much better than the capsule hotels in the area. First of all, the distance between the shoe cupboard and the scaffolding where you take off your shoes is far, and storing your shoes after changing to slippers is a hassle every time. And the slippers were hard and small, and my tall husband said he hated them when he slipped off and walked. Is the second floor hallway still under renovation? It's like... a cold concrete floor that looks terrible. When I arrived at the room, the toilet was outside the room. I was stunned by the design that I had to go out of the room to go to the toilet in an auto-locking room. The room has been renovated, so it's clean, but for some reason, the doorknob on the entrance door is a really old one that's been reused, and it's so sticky that every time I squeeze it, it's extremely uncomfortable. Poor service without a single tissue in the room... The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors' voices, footsteps, and doors opening and closing. There's no TV either. There is no small refrigerator, etc., and it is on the mezzanine floor? There is only a shared refrigerator. The chair attached to the wall was designed for two people, but if one person sat on it, it would creak, and if two people sat on it, I was afraid that it would break and fall, so I couldn't sit down. What is this chair for? And above all, the futon... There is no bed making, and you set everything from the pillowcases to the sheets yourself. It's okay to give in a hundred steps. but! ! The mattress is extremely thin! ! The famous senbei futon! ! Even though it's laid out, it's just like sleeping on the floor... My body hurts... Even if there is no service, I would like them to at least have decent bedding and be able to sleep comfortably... Even in Kinosaki Onsen, I have stayed at facilities that are dozens of times more comfortable than here, even if they are cheaper. ``If you stay overnight without meals, you will be charged 3,000 yen for parking.'' Discriminatory comments against people staying overnight without meals, even though the price is reasonable. The facilities and services were really at the lowest level. I will never use it again.

It is truly a room-only inn where you can stay overnight without meals. The hot spring is an outdoor bath, so there is no inconvenience. The thing that bothered me the most was the thinness of the walls. If you go out into the hallway, you can hear the voices inside quite clearly, so it is essential to close the sliding door. Also, there are no tissues, tea cups, glasses, TVs, hair dryers, refrigerators, etc., so are the amenities written on the site? That's it. lol

Cheap, beautiful, convenient I was able to use the Wi-Fi spot. Coin laundry is convenient Washing machine with automatic detergent for 300 yen Dryer costs 100 yen for 15 minutes.

It was good that it was close to the hot spring town I was also grateful that there was no curfew Next time I'd like a tatami room instead of a half-tatami room.
