Toyooka Green Hotel Morris
"It was a surprise on how good this hotel and the cost is quite low, especially for the free stuff (laundry, massage chair) you can use. Smart TV in the room etc."
Asagiriso
"Had a lovely stay here. The onsen was excellent and very relaxing, and the ryokan room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The location is probably 10 mins walking distance from the train station and the popular public onsen area, but the free shuttle service made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth staying, will definitely come back again!"
Kawaguchiya Kinosaki Riverside Hotel
"This onsen hotel has its own hot spring and sauna, and they even offer free tickets to a nearby onsen. I tried the half-board service (dinner and breakfast included), and it was a great experience. The price was also very reasonable."
Shinzan Kinosaki
"We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the outdoor onsan very much! The service was excellent. We would definitely recommend!"
Hostel Waraku
"The hostel is great, they provide all the necessary equipment to go to the onsen, fantastic!"
Kinosaki Yamamotoya
"Very good experience"
Sennennoyu Koman
"The hotel staff who spoke English made communication easy for us. When our air conditioning stopped working, we reported it, and an English-speaking staff member quickly came to adjust it. However, shortly after it was fixed, the AC stopped again. The staff explained that it's designed to cycle on and off. But, after sleeping through the night, I felt the AC wasn't cold enough, and with the weather getting warmer, I was worried about opening the window and letting in bed bugs and mosquitoes. Overall, though, the room was clean and comfortable."
Kinosaki Onsen Tokitotoki
"Thanks for making us feel so welcome! Your hotel is top-notch. We were so impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service we received from your staff. Your team is clearly well-trained and passionate about hospitality. (Nang and Rose who take care of us) We'll be sure to come back and recommend your hotel. And we especially enjoyed the lounge on 3rd floors, breakfast, dinner and room during our stay."
Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu
"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was an authentic stay. They provided great customer service, clothing was fun to wear and private onsen was a plus. I will return again and recommend to friends."

"Love every bit of it. The river view from room is priceless. Crab kaiseki is superb. Love the service, very courteous."
Kinosaki Onsen Koyado Tsumugi
"The accommodation is very close to the station. There's a cafe with a foot onsen right below, which makes it super convenient for getting around. The staff were also very helpful."
The Gran Resort Kinosaki
"The room is 30 square meters and has a bathroom, refrigerator, heater, electric kettle, coffee, milk tea, sencha, black tea, and welcome snacks. Call 100 (external number) upon check-in for staff to greet you. A translator is available for communication. Breakfast time and shuttle bus pick-up time are provided. The shuttle bus stops operating after 5:00 PM. Outside it's freezing cold, but the room is warm and cozy."
Oyado Seri
"I went during the off-season, there were almost no other guests. The lady who greeted us was very nice, and we could communicate easily using English and a translation app 😂 The hotel has its own hot spring where you can soak ❤️ It was my first time having a full Japanese breakfast, and we booked hot pot for dinner. It was a bit of a shame that there was no crab this season 😂 Overall, it was still very good 👍🏻"
Sinonomesou
"Location: very near to the rest of the onsen. Service: I booked this hotel as it was marketed as “kids friendly” onsen hotel on various websites, and kids yukata are available etc. I was told by the staff that kids yukata needs to pay a separate fee of JPY300 per set. Meals are strictly 1 hour only. They will collect the food once the time is up, regardless if you are done or not. I’ve got 2 toddlers and I struggle to meet the 1 hour timeline of feeding them plus myself. Unfortunately my food was cleared before I can finish them. Rooms: Rooms are ok, nothing worth mentioning. Onsen is small."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kinosaki
"This riverside hotel offers ample parking. The rooms are very spacious, and the lobby provides complimentary coffee and alcoholic beverages. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, with a full range of bathing amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of options, and the dinner, especially the seafood, was of a slightly higher quality, though the breakfast felt a bit perfunctory. Guests can enjoy free access to the Kinosaki public bathhouse, and the hotel provides complimentary baskets, yukata robes, wooden clogs, and umbrellas. The service was warm and attentive; I was very satisfied."
Kojinmari
"The location is excellent on the main street. It is a short walk to the JR station and outdoor hot springs. The boss and his family are friendly and friendly to guests. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I arrived in the morning, completed the formalities and left my luggage at the front desk. We went out for fun and it was stipulated to check in at 3pm. When we came back, our suitcases were already put into the room. The weather was very hot, so I was given iced matcha tea and snacks. The room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were relatively new, and the wet and dry baths were separated and hygienic and clean. The free outdoor hot spring use coupon is given after check-in and can be used."

"บรรยากาศดีมากค่ะ Good"
Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Kannabe Highland
"The accommodation was very clean, with a soft and comfortable bed. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is a sliding partition door between the bed area and the sink area, which makes the space feel more private and convenient. The view from the window is beautiful, and the staff provide excellent and friendly service.🥰❤️"
Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Gardens

Matsuya
"Excellent traditional-style pekan. I loved the service, cleanliness, convenient location, and spacious room. It was the best vacation in a long time! All the public onsen, shops, and cafes are nearby. The girl at dinner and breakfast was very attentive, explaining everything in detail, asking for clarification, and the service was beyond praise! We would be happy to return and would recommend it."
