Everything is very good! I arrived at Kansai Airport at noon. I took the express at 12:45 and changed to the limited express at Shin-Osaka Station. I arrived at Kinosaki Onsen more than four in the afternoon. Since I have been to Kinosaki Onsen many times, I walked to the hotel! The hotel is very good, a typical hot spring hotel, breakfast and dinner included are good, every meal has pine leaf crab, the room is very large, the hotel's own hot spring quality is high, of course, more fun are the several public hot springs in the hot spring town! Our stay was pleasant in terms of the facility, food, and service. Only that the staff did not tell us we were only allowed to deposit our luggage before 9:50 the next day before we check out, which caused a huge inconvenience of ours. An elderly and I had to drag our big luggage to the entirely opposite direction to the train station to deposit and then came back to the side of the onsen temple. We were quite unhappy about it and it might be caused by the limited English ability of the staff, but other than that I'd still recommend this place!

(The scenery is very good) The outer bath ticket can be used even after checking out (15:30) and is very convenient. It's a little off the hot spring town, but it's not as painful to walk (it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it may be hard for people who can't get used to shoes or geta). There are few restaurants near the hotel, and if you don't eat at the hotel, you need to go out to the hot spring town. Liquor such as beer is sold at the hotel, but it is expensive to buy it in the hotel. There is also a transfer car operated by the hotel, and the transfer from JR Shirosaki station is convenient. If you want to use it, please check the time zone well. (The hot spring town was also available in the evening) Please note that the underground facilities are closed due to the new corona virus infection (2020 ８ month). My husband and I spent 1 night here and had an amazing experience. The location is great and it’s easy to walk to the train station and all the onsens. The staff is so attentive, welcoming, and kind. We had both dinner (we were lucky and were here for snow crab) and breakfast here. The food was amazing and some of the best we had in Japan. We also booked the room with the private bath, which was really nice to have and very spacious. Though the price tag is high, we found the experience to be worth the value.

The room was clean, but there was dust between the air conditioners or the building was old, so it smelled a bit peculiar. It seems to be the oldest inn in Kinosaki, and it was wonderful with a very atmospheric interior. All meals were served in the room, and the room attendant was very cute, polite and warm. The employees, including Mr. Gonzaemon of the sister inn, were very polite and comfortable. Because it is near the ropeway platform, there are few tourists, so it was relatively quiet. Even the farthest part of the tour of the hot springs wasn't too far away (about 15 minutes on foot in clogs?), and it wasn't too hard to see the streets of Kinosaki and there were various shops. I definitely want to go again!

The luxury and taste of dinner was the best among the inns and hotels I have stayed at so far. Western-style chilled chawanmushi and cake were delicious. I wonder if the room was also after renewal, it was beautiful. I think it's a wooden building, but I don't care about people walking in the corridor. The hot springs are cleaned by hanging water. Kinosaki Onsen is not a large communal bath because it is premise for outdoor hot springs. I want to stay next time in the crab season.

We stayed at Tsuruya Ryoukan for a night, and had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The steamed crab and Tajima beef sukiyaki were especially wonderful. The service is excellent, and the inn is located within walking distance of two onsen! Just outside the inn, there is a place to make onsen eggs and a walkway filled with cherry blossoms. It was a really special experience!

It was nice that they were very friendly. It was difficult to eat because I had a place to cook, but luckily I was able to eat food from a convenience store, so it was nice.
