However, both the man and woman at the front desk were very kind and polite, and although the room was a semi-double, the bed was large enough for two people to sleep together. The cleaning was also thorough. You can choose between Japanese and Western breakfast options, and the quantity and quality were better than you would expect from a reasonably priced breakfast. It was a heavy snow on the weekend, and JR was also suspended, so I used it with my son who has a game on Sunday. In the evening, the roads in Toyooka City were quite piled up, so we barely arrived at the hotel. The parking lot wasn't cleared in time, so I had to remove the snow myself with the shovel left at the entrance. Well, it was snowing all the time, but I wish they had removed a little more snow from the road to the parking lot and in front of the hotel entrance. Even on Sunday morning, there was no trace of snow removal, and it was quite dangerous for cars to enter and exit the parking lot.
