Poor service, stuff keeps smiling and apologizing but not sincere. Wanting us to eat early. Dinner at 5 pm. . Room was dirty and sticky. It the worst Ryokan I ever stayed. The only good thing is they have private onsen for couples or family. I wouldn’t recommend this Ryokan to any friends.

I went expecting word of mouth, but I was not very satisfied. The lobby is small and crowded during check-in time, so there is no place to wait. Also, the waiting time was long because the response was not prompt. After check-in, you choose a colored yukata, but the check-in is crowded, so you will inevitably have to wait a long time to choose a yukata. I was a little careful because he was interviewing me in the lobby. I thought it would be better to at least place it in an office where customers can't see it. The price of the room is also cheap, so I think it's about this level, but I didn't feel clean. There are many types of family baths, and it was convenient because you can use them if they are available. There are many food items, but the taste is... Overall one visit is enough.
