バースデープランにテントの飾り付けも含まれていたのでここに決めた。電話でも確認して予約時の概要欄にも「テントの飾り付けお願いします」と書いたが忘れられていた。そのあと取り付けてもらったのが1枚目の写真。風船も飾り付けのはずだが無く賞 いに行くと謝罪もなく「風なかったですか？」と。 結局5枚もらい自分達で膨らませた。 テントの中も2枚目の写真のようにカビだらけで、何 いもカビ臭かった。写真映えもするはずもなく。中に虫が多く電気には蜘蛛の巣がはっていて清潔感はなかった。 夜中2時に歯磨きに外に出たり3時まで喋り声笑い声が聞こえ全く眠れなかった。見回りや24時間体制の電話窓口等があれば対処できたはず。 朝7時に見つけチェックアウト10時まで結局4枚目の写真のような通路のゴミの散らかりは片付けられていなかった。 以上の点を一番偉い方に伝えたかったがいないと言われたので代表の方に伝えたが不服そうな態度と小さい声での「すみません」と事務所に首を値げながら帰って行った。大変残念な対応だった。 せっかくのサプライズも失敗し店員の対応も悪く寝不足で2人で55280円は高く感じた。
