滞在期間中、細かな気遣いがとても感じられ、また宿泊したいと思える宿でした。例えば、食事のご飯の量を調整できる点、朝のホテル内の静かさなど、上記を意識する点がいくつもありました。また、お部屋にあるはテレビはないことで、より都会の喧騒を忘れ、ゆったりとした温泉街での時間を過ごすことが出来ました。テレビがないことで対話の工夫がされたお宿と感じられました。具体的には、壁があるものの空間はつながっていることでどこでも会話ができるお部屋や、図書室や部屋の雑誌などから、城崎温泉やホテルにまつわる内容を知れる工夫(そこからの対話が生まれる工夫)が良いなと思いました。

部屋も、料理も、温泉も至って普通です。 夕食はおなかいっぱいになりません。 二日目に、一の湯に行こうと思ったら、その日から工事でお休みとのこと。 スタッフから何のお知らせもなかったので尋ねると、「えっ、今日は開いています」との間違った情報。城崎温泉のお宿が、外湯の休みを把握していなくてどうしますか？全く呆れました。

久々に旅行に行きました 木をモチーフにした旅館でした スタッフの方はとても優しく 村尾さんに可愛い浴衣をレンタルし着付けを素早くしてもらい嬉しかったです✨ 城崎周辺のことも詳しくなんでも教えてくださりありがとうございました❤️ また行きます

スタッフさんの対応も素敵で、建物も綺麗で、温泉も貸切で、ご飯も美味しくて…。 ほんとに言うことなしのホテルでした♥️ また行きたいと思います！ 特に、新生姜のご飯が美味しすぎて、家でもちょっと試行錯誤して作ってみたいと思います！ ありがとうございました！！
