Great hotel and spa, breakfast and three course dinner were delicious. Hotel was very accommodating with a larger group for dinner. Recommend the sauna meister and the indoor/outdoor pool. Also close proximity to the river and wineries.

Moselschlösschen......... immer und immer wieder. Das Beste was es für uns gibt. Wir waren bestimmt schon 10 mal in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Dieses mal wieder zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Alles, einfach alles ist perfekt. Wellness der Spitzenklasse, Gastronomie lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr konstruktiv und kreativ und dennoch hat man als Gast die Möglichkeit seine Wünsche zu äußern und es wird natürlich auch adäquat darauf eingegangen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar lieb, aufmerksam, zugewandt und immer höflich. Zu keiner Zeit und bei absolut nichts, bekommt man als Gast das Gefühl vermittelt, daß man stört oder angebrachte Kritik, nicht äußern dürfe. Wir lieben das Moselschlösschen und da wir jetzt schon so oft, mindestens 2 mal im Jahr zu Gast sind, spricht das ja für sich. Besondere Erwähnung muss die angeschlossene Bar finden. Die sehr liebe und herzliche Barchefin Betty, ist ein wahrer Wirbelwind, die Ihr Handwerk perfekt beherrscht und zu einem tollen Abend mit außergewöhnlichen Cocktails, beiträgt. Mit Herzlichkeit und viel Humor, leitet Betty ihre Gäste durch den Abend...... Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis, Bettys Bar zu besuchen....... ein absolutes MUSS für uns........ Danke liebes Moselschlösschen und schön, daß es Euch gibt.............

Dieses Hotel liegt sehr ruhig im Talkessel der Mosel mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Weinberge. Die Stadt Traben-Trarbach ist eigentlich eine ruhige Stadt an der Mosel. Das Hotel ist in allen Bereichen top, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, das Weinangebot ist ebenfalls umfangreich, das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Fazit: Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Mythos Mosel - we travelled from New Zealand to this amazing event and stayed at this place - what a germ! The staff was amazing, nothing was a problem and everyone in this place went the extra mile - we really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful Hotel with great rooms However the evening meal and the service do not meet up to the price asked or the 4star sup category What a pity! The dinner service is a disgrace! You have to consider yourself lucky to find someone who speaks German.

Toll, keine Einschränkungen. Die "Inhaber" sind direkt am Kunden, die MA haben gute Laune und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das gebuchte Zimmer war toll, sauber, mit einem super Ausblick und an der Dachterrasse. Per Treppe direkt in den Wellnessbereich vom Zimmer aus. Der Blick auf die Mosel...... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

If you want to relax, this is an absolute fantastic place. Spend three days with my wife here to do as little as possible and just enjoy the view, the spa and the relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, the spa is brilliant, and the view is great. Why not five stars, then? When we arrived, the very friendly receptionist told us we could reach out if we had any needs. At bedtime on the first day, we learned that the room was crazy hot. More than 25 degrees, we could see and feel. We asked the receptionist how to turn on the A/C, as it did not run. Unfortunately, we couldn't. The central system was still not turned on, as 'it was still not hot enough during nights for the system to be turned on'. Our room was directly above the spa and facing the sun... so it was boiling. But there was nothing to do and we asked several times. The manager had decided the system should not be turned on. This is an example of a very modest request that was not met, and I don't understand it. It makes the difference between a perfect stay and a good stay. We got a discount of 40 euros, which is ridiculous when we paid around 1700 euros. It is better not to give any at all, then. I regret sharing this experience because it is a nice hotel, and the staff is super friendly, but my stay was not perfect.

Sehr nettes hilfreiches Personnal ! Wellness top (Wassertemperatur genau richtig und gut warm :-) Abendessen und Frühstück sehr lecker. Für jeden gibt’s einen Liegestuhl, sowohl im Wellness wie auch im Aussenbereich. Parkplätze auch ausreichend und gratis dazu. Fahrradkeller mit Steckdosen auch. Wir waren das erste mal hier aber sicher nicht das letzte mal.

Mehr als perfekt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders habe ich mich darüber gefreut, viele "bekannte Mitarbeiter" wiederzusehen. Es vermittelt das angenehme Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Von Anfang an ein vertrauter Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
