the stay here is horably, the rooms firniture is totally damaged. alot of bugs in the room and some of the are dangorus.
the room they give is totally not matching with pictures on the online booking. the break fast is only mix of cheese.

Odaları çok şık ve ferahtı. otelde her türlü ihtiyacınıza yardımcı oluyorlar manzarası çok güzel havalimanına çok yakın ve havalimanından transferleride var. çok zengin bir kahvaltı var. ve harika bir kadro kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim trabzondaki tek otel.

The service is really good, we liked that a lot. We changed our room because of a bad smell but our second room was as bad as the first one. They should clean the drain.

Я никогда не пишу плохих отзывов, но здесь надо. Персонал хороший, но клапы в номере это ужас. Когда сказала персоналу на ресепшион что у вас есть “bed bugs”, они ответили что это нормально. Ну конечно. Завтрак в принципе хороший. Близко аэропорт.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andalouse. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade to a sea view room which was lovely, very spacious and plenty of amenities. The staff were very helpful during our stay.
