"A super beautiful and clean hotel! We were very satisfied. Upon arrival, we were helped with our suitcases to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. What we personally also really liked was that there was a prayer mat in the room. We were able to indicate ourselves via a button in the room that we did not want to be disturbed / that the room needed to be cleaned. Once we had indicated this, all duvet covers were immediately replaced and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Even when we hadn't pressed the button, someone would still come by to clean the rooms and replace the duvet covers again. We also booked breakfast along with our stay. It was an open breakfast buffet, with something different every day. It wasn't a very large buffet, but it was sufficient. Location: The hotel is located right in the city center and is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trabzon Square Park, where all the buses are located. It is also a three-minute walk from the Trabzon City Museum. A very central location indeed! In short: we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!"
