The hotel is such a good and friendly place, as the location also helps to go around easily and get whatever you want anytime . Hotel is neat, staff is helpful (especially Hossam who speaks Arabic), no noise around, you will find somewhere near to get breakfast, exchange currency, buy souvenirs (old market), have lunch, walk next to sea. Everything is easily accessible, but one last thing my room was small and narrow, so take care

1 gece konkladık. Genel olarak Covid önlemlerine dikkat ediyorlar. Oda ve temizlik olarak fena değildi. Ancak fiyat politikalarını sevmedim. İlkin aradım 600 tl sonra tekrar başka numaradan aradım 550 tl dediler biraz o anki yoğunluğa göre fiyat çekiyorlar sanırım pazarlık etmeyi ihmal etmeyin. Kahvaltı üst terasta deniz manzaralı. Kahvaltıları açık büfe fakat siz ne istediğinizi söylüyorsunuz ona göre veriyorlar. Bana biraz abartı bir durum geldi bu hatta çayı bile kendiniz dolduramıyorsunuz restoran görevlileri getiririyor. Çeşit standart açık büfe. Ekstra olarak kuymak istedik ama kuymak görünümlü lastik kıvamında birşey geldi. Yiyemedik zaten şikayetimi resepsiyon görevlisine belirtince nezaketli bir tavır sergileyerek ücret almadılar. Otoparkları mevcut anahtarı veriyorsunuz onlar çekiyorlar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location excellent near of the trabzon meydan and all bazars and the beach.
