No one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service

Azönce çıkış yaptık. 3 gece 4 gün kaldık. Başta içeri girince ne kadar temiz bir otel dedik ama 4 gün boyunca çöpümüzü bile odadan çıkarken biz atıyorduk çünkü artık aşırı birikiyordu alan olmuyordu. 3 günün sonunda odaya girip sadece havluları değiştirmişler Allah razı olsun ona da gerek yoktu zaten gün bitti. Bi yerler silinmedi oda havalandırılmadı çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Malum havalar sıcak terliyoruz kaç gün aynı çarşaflarla yattık rezillik ötesi. Kahvaltıyı aklıma bile getirmek istemiyorum hergün aynı börek aynı mezeler. Börek artık ısıtıp ısıtıp koymaktan çatal bile batmıyordu taş gibi olmuştu. Hiç mi koyulan çeşit değişmez hergün aynı şeyler ısıtıp ısıtıp koydular. Haşlanmış yumurtayı bile almaya korktum kim bilir kaç günlüktür diye. Kısacası hem aç kaldık hem pisti asla memnun kalmadık birdaha uğramayı düşünmüyoruz

Air conditioning didn't work, fridge didn't work. The shower door was broken. Asked to fix the air conditioner and refrigerator. They promised but did nothing. Refused to move to another room. All in all, this is the worst hotel I've come across in years.

Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

I dont know how this hotel has such good rating.
The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise.
We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep.
Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view.
Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room.
Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside.
Very disappointing 😞

This hotel has a very good location and also the staf this hotel were polite and friendly.we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
If we come Trabzon city again we will definiely stay at the Azra hotel.
