It was a very bad experience
The staff were awful and rude
the hotel and the rooms were smelling very bad and when I asked the staff they told me it is a technical problem it comes when it is windy outside the hotel so the smells start to come out of the drain which I have not been informed when I first checked in
The breakfast is very poor and not fresh
I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I will never book it again

A great hotel, very comfortable. There is a very large commercial area nearby, which is convenient for eating and shopping! The room was also very clean and quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from where we lived.

In general, I give 1 point only for the location of the hotel. The interest and friendliness of the employees is 0. The rooms have nothing to do with the pictures. We paid extra money and got a Superior room for a privilege, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures. There was dust on the kettles in the rooms. In the room we stayed in, the bathroom and toilet walls were always damp. It was terrible. Even when we first entered the room, the toilets were dirty. (Hair, dirty towels on the floor, etc.) Cleanliness 0. Breakfast is very poor and cold.

It's a great hotel if you want to stay close to the city center of trabzon (near meydan) the staff is friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. One thing that i would like to point out is that the breakfast is a not thaat great (i mean if you pay 1€ extra that's normal) but the hotel is worth every penny we paid, will rebook if we ever visited trabzon again.
