Arrived early and tired and the staff offered me an early check in as well as welcome tea. Very pleasant throughout my stay. Good facilities and breakfast quality. Some people might find the location unusual but overall a great experience. Would come back again.

The location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the oin**ent is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

The owner of the hotel was very accommodating, friendly, and straightforward. When I needed help with the trip it was done, the taxi service was wonderful, and the staff was knowledgable about the site seeing places to visit. Overall, I was grateful, and met many great travelers from all over the world. :)

Upon first glance of this hotel which is located in among various car repair shops, I was a bit skeptical. However, it is close to the otogar, airport and Meydan (city centre). The hotel is very basic, but rooms are spacious and clean. Once you get used to the location, it is actually very good value for money and close to the mini buses to take to the main centre in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is good and well supplied with a variety of meals cooked by women each morning. I would stay here again when visiting Trabzon.
