I was staying in Urbihop for 1 month due to the Business trip. The Reception worker who checked my room out was mean, ignorant, sarcastic and rude to me. First of all, The room and breakfast was book by the agency who was communication with the company. The reception wanted more information about my late check out and could not figure it out to ask the booker or the company, they sent housekeeper to my room and she entered while I was asleep. i informed the housekeeping the details that I knew from the company and carried on with my sleep ( as I work in the night shift ). Then in one houre I had another housekeeper entering my room while again I was asleep. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected. I have been to many hotels, I have worked in hotel for 5 years myself and this approach is unbelivable. The receptionist who checked me out was so rude and mean to me I even asked her to call her manager and let me speak to them and as soon as I said that, she stood silent. Even When I asked to tell me where exactly should I write review about her she never answered. She needs to be replaced from that depratment if you want your hotel to be known for kind and professional staff members. I dont even have words to describe her attitude, her face and her sarcastice and rude approach with me. I hope this review will be visible for her Manager and if necessary even general manager to once and for all remove this toxicity and unprofessional employee from the company.
