Booked this place from trip.com Chompu nakarin apartment We had booked a normal standard room. I would say it’s a ok ok place if you are looking just for a 1 day stay then It’s fine I wouldn’t recommend going his place for more days as the bed was good but the bedsheets was clean too still had big stains on it Also the washroom of this room when u turn on the lights it make a loud noise non stop till u don’t turn it off it’s very annoying and we could hear a lot of noise from the next doors most of the time as the walls are thin and you don’t feel much privacy The Lady at the reception is very helpful and polite she also let us check out 1 hour late for free as he had our bus after few hours of the check out that’s a good thing, they have a lot of parking area for bikes and cars for the guest and a big lobby near the reception to sit n chill Overall I would give 3.5/5

Lovely staff. The room was clean and quiet. Good wifi. The location was great with the night market close by. Hot water shower. Tap in sink a bit loose but not an issue. Stayed an extra night as we were so comfortable there. Would stay again.

Was there for a night. Very basic hotel. The breakfast have to book in advance. We took the dim sum. Came with a small bottle of orange juice. It food was cold. No hair dryer provided. Overall the morning shift staff was very good and friendly. Speak good English too. They have car park available.

We have stayed at this place many times and everything has been great. But the last time, the daytime administrator probably presented himself as a boss, and ordered that cleaning room is only until 12:00 noon (have you meet such bull sh*t in other hotels?), and at what time we should to change the room. Dude, learn to communicate with clients correctly first! And by the way, the cleanliness in the rooms is mediocre, it could be cleaner (a lot of not our hairs on the floor). I saw large cockroaches twice. The door to the bathroom doesn’t open completely, and this is rare stupidity! Bad Wi-Fi. It's hot in the elevator. I would advise the hotel administration to respect and be especially attentive to guests who stay with you more than once. Improve their conditions, not worsen them.

it is the 3rd time i stayed at this guesthouse and it is really the best in Asia. Why you ask me? first of all the host, Anne, is the most helpfull, kindest, politest host I have ever met. Thanks to her i witnessed some spectacular mountain, lake, island and sea views. i visited a really nice coffee plantation near Trang and ate the best Pandan (baiteuil) ever in my life. when she has the time, she will even bring u personally to a place. Second, the guesthouse is located near markets, good restaurants, train station, temples, pagoda and Muay Thai school. Third, the rooms are spacious, clean and finished with high quality materials and have a really comfortable bed. There is free coffee, water, fruits and sometimes home made cake (thanks to her mom). book directly and get a discount !!!!

Stayed here two nights. Location is very central, 15 minutes from Trang Airport and only 5 minutes to Shopping Center. Reception was friendly. We had a higher up room facing to Khao Pub Pha which make your life wonderful to wake up with these sunrise. The room was pretty spacious for a city hotel and well decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom also good with nice toiletries. Breakfast was amazing both in quality and variety - lots of authentic Trang such as Khao Yum , Kha Nom Jeen Puk Tai as well with breads, pastries, fruits especially fried banana we love it. Highly recommended.
