Newly added a water refill faucet, its an excellent and a welcome upgrade! Previously only provided limited water bottle, which most of the time not enough, now drinking water here would not be a problem anymore!
The normal faucet now work better than my previous stay too, either they took the opportunity to do all the repair/upgrade or i was lucky to get a good condition room.
The location is good. One negative is the 1st room we checked in had the following problems:
1. No proper housekeeping - hairs in bathtub and under bed
2. TV not working
The hotel did arranged a replacement room pretty fast though. The hotel is relatively old.
Raia beach resort is very interesting hotel I will come again with my big family when the pool is fully completed.
From room ,breakfast & food at coffee house very satisfied. The beach also close to the hotel it is very beautiful & relaxing for me after pospartum. It is therapy for me,my baby & my family to feel relaxed. Thankyou for all staff ๐๐๐โญ๏ธ๐ star for u all
Its a great family getaway and has been for several stay before at this hotel. The booking and check in were smoothly done and service was fast and friendly. We like the variety of facilities such as game room, large swimming pool, private beach, f&b and live show. The family room was big with 1 king bed, 1 double decker and 1 corner seating. We had so much fun here and plan to have a future stay here.
We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway.
We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience.
For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic.
Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.
Check in was smooth. Although they did ask for cash deposit, which I was unaware of. At my end, i should have prepared some cash. But I have been cashless for long time. Reception allowed us to check in, despite zero deposit.
The kids enjoyed the pool throughout our stay. We hardly left our room.
The first night was scary though due to Senyar Storm. We were hardly able to sleep. The big trees, the long lamp post were swaying. Our floats flew around in the pool. The next day we saw the destruction the Storm caused and we were relieved we were all ok. The rest of the nights,it was beautiful weather.
The pool was in need of repairs. The metal cover of the filter came off. The pool bed was sharp. Kids had a few cuts on their feets. The shower area beside the pool need a good washing too.
Would prefer if there is a hanging rail for us to dry our swimming clothes.
I spot few stain during my arrival I call frontdesk to make change. they quickly arrange housekeeper to change.. service A+ ..ventilation smelly like having sweating not comfortable. overall okey..the facility and environment I enjoy my staying pernight.. I will repeat my stay for sure ๐
The view was very pleasant. The check-in process was efficient. The buggy service was also prompt. My children were particularly delighted with the lovely and clean indoor swimming pool. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
Check in was smooth. However, the floor is wet and sticky once we got in, very uncomfortable. The carpets also got dirt (luckily they provided a broom).
No tooth brush n tooth paste provided. Air conditioner remote also had to share between room and hall.
Food ordered from rider had to be picked up at the guard house not delivered to the lobby, quite a hassle since it is far from our block B.
Other than that everything else is nice and we had a good time!
Seremban is a small town but this hotel really outdo all the expectations of a small town hotel. It is really clean and affordable with breakfast included. Location is strategic with many places easily reachable. The single bed room is actually super single bed size which is really comfy and can accommodate an adult and a kid just fine. Receptionist services is courteous and friendly. Hotel is connected to the Arena Square mall so you can easily buy things or take a meal anytime. If I'm ever coming back, will definitely stay at the same place!

GGuest UserMy family and I were really satisfied with this short vacation. My 6-year-old sister was also very happy with the food and pool! ๐ฅฐ My mom is usually super picky about food, but she praised the breakfast choices and how delicious everything was. There were plenty of chairs by the pool, and there was even a lifeguard on duty. Plus, they provided towels for guests at the pool, so no need to bring one from the room! ๐๐ผ
For breakfast, there were so many options, from nasi lemak, roti canai, and porridge to cereal, English breakfast, pastries, and much more. It was really worth the price compared to other hotels. ๐
There are a few areas that could be improved, though. For example, the lifts were slow. It would be good to have a bellman like other hotels, and umbrella tables would be nice. The air conditioning in the room needs to be positioned better because it took a while for the room to cool down. Also, at night, I had to constantly adjust the temperature because the other bed (near the toilet) would always get hot if the temperature was set too high. In the bathroom, it would be great if they could put a non-slip mat under the shower because the floor was a bit slippery. And a specific pathway from the parking lot would be helpful, as I saw most guests walking across the grass in that area.
Overall, I'm very satisfied! ๐๐ผ My family is even planning to come back again with our extended family! ๐ฅฐ

ZZaheerZainalOverall, our stay was fine. The hotelโs location is great โ close to the mall and not too far from KL. The staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room amenities and cleanliness could be improved. The facilities felt a bit old, and the hallway to the room had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very spacious, and my child absolutely enjoyed spending time playing there.

AAnonymous UserA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

ZZainalfI think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach.
Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am.
Overall, a satisfactory stay.
