The staff were friendly and helpful. The pillows are horrible lumps of rubber with pillow cases that have no sleeve. There is no kettle, nor is there one available on request, so no cuppa at all in the room. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable bar the pillows.

I had no air conditioning in my room for two days. I had no WiFi in my room for two days. There was Wi-Fi in the hall in the lobby, but not in my room. The desk clerk could fix nothing and had no good information.

We stayed at the B&B Crystal in Trapani for a short period. The hotel is modern, clean and in a strategic position (close to the bus terminus that connects to the airport and a few minutes from the historic center, bars and restaurants). Good buffet breakfast. The staff is very kind ( thanks Michala). The only flaw: one of the two lamps didn't work and the technician only showed up on the day of departure. Also keep in mind that a face towel is not provided for the standard room.

We stayed with my husband at this property for a leisure weekend. We really appreciated the welcome: the staff is very kind and very qualified. The rooms are beautiful, designer and with exceptional cleaning care. The breakfast is also splendid, served in a very bright and comfortable environment. We appreciated the varied offer and the abundance of products (congratulations also for the management and the particular attention to food intolerances). Thanks to all the staff for this very pleasant experience.

I have booked this hotel for a group of 15 and all I have to say is that we had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional and I must say extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean and spacious and most of all the location which is right in the centre of Trapani. Everything within walking distance. Special thanks goes to Daniele and Fabrizio (and all the rest of the staff) which made our stay unforgettable. Thank you.
