"What can I say? Mario and Irina are the most friendly hosts. The breakfast is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and towels are constantly changed. Homemade cakes, fresh and healthy orange juices. Highly recommended. The only downside is the location, a bit out of the way, but the seafront and port are still easily accessible."

"I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. "Relaxing break at this hotel with my sister. Had a fantastic room with a terrace overlooking the sea to the west, fantastic sunset views from there and the terrace bar. The hotel was really clean and I loved the decoration in the public areas. Food was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We went to sleep every night listening to the sound of the waves."

"I booked a 4 night stay (half board), for some peace and relaxation. I was slightly concerned about the rural location as I didn’t have a car. Communication before arrival was great, with emails and messages sent, confirming my booking and airport transfers. I received a very warm welcome on arrival. My room (country view) was lovely. All staff were very helpful throughout my stay, assisting me with booking trips and arranging a taxi with Andrea, who was also very kind and helpful. Food and wine was amazing; the waiters helped me with my choices, made recommendations and offered to alter dishes to meet my (vegetarian) preference. This was my first trip to Sicily and also my first trip travelling alone. I am so pleased I chose to make it here, as everyone was so kind and friendly and all my needs were accommodated. The area is interesting to visit and I hope to return one day with my family."

"Loved this hotel. Beautiful interior with amazing artwork. The front desk staff were so helpful and in one case we were steered away from a restaurant and sent to StraVento which was outstanding. The hotel is modern and I especially loved my Grohe shower! The breakfast was incredible with homemade pastries and again a wonderful staff. The only downside is that we were only there for two nights!"

"The staff (especially Martina) were extremely helpful in assisting us after a car breakdown and service thereafter, including at dinner, was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. Our room was large, clean and well-equipped, with a great bathroom. At dinner my wife enjoyed pasta with rabbit and I had a fish soup with couscous - a local speciality. As a winery, it offers a wide range of its own products - we had an excellent white wine (Quater Vitis) made from four Sicilian grape types. Its olive oil was distinctive and delicious. As we arrived late we had no opportunity to explore its outdoor amenities. Guests have to walk up a couple of hundred metres from the carpark, and there is no lift (the staff were very helpful with our heavy luggage). Overall, you might be reminded of a high-end US countryside resort - high modern standards are maintained in a traditional Italian setting."

"An experience not to be recommended given how it went..... although the room is very large, it does not have a real wardrobe (only one where you can hang your stuff and the shelves are very high up where there are blankets and pillows, so impossible put something in it, laundry? There's no drawer to put it in.....anyway....with three suitcases for a week.....I had to leave them on the floor and open them every day like refugees... This is already really inconvenient! Breakfast? All packaged stuff, not a homemade cake, what the heck are we in Sicily? Would they throw them in your face on the street and not take care of one of the most important meals of the day? little and sometimes I don't understand why we don't put our heart and soul into what we have. On the first and only day of breakfast the waitress approaches us and tells us (we have news to tell you) from tomorrow breakfast will be taken in the room... .. there is a fault..... Obviously it wasn't true otherwise they would have had problems even at that moment.... The real reason was a person for all the customers in the rooms who couldn't manage..... So they thought it best to leave the snack bag outside the room for the day.... the next day we asked out of pure curiosity what they had decided to do.... I repeat there was no reason to do it having at least used the kitchenette and fridge at least.....and they tell us (no, well, we'll do it.....making it clear from their tone that the fault had never occurred) evidently they had had a lot of controversy from other customers. Another day..... Room never done......let's go and say it and I'll reply (ah..... Evidently they forgot) oh well 😂. On the last evening we enter the room and find this huge square pouf (which served as another bed) added near the bed under which I had the suitcases which for me were my wardrobe which I pulled out every day for the change.....which didn't I could no longer pull ..... Put like this because maybe he had to return them ..... Invading your spaces..... something shocking ..... We took him and put him outside the room (indoors) also annoyed from this gesture. The structure appears neglected and without shaded areas... but it has great potential. The swimming pool is nothing to say spectacular and perhaps it is the only point that raises the trip comments.... But honestly, that's not all that matters. On the other hand, a positive note goes to Giusy who, poor thing, has all the work on her shoulders and is very polite and kind."

"it was very hard to find the registration office as there was no door number.. the girl was not helpful at all when answering questions about parking. thankfully, the man who replaced her could finally answer all our questions. Our room was 2 floors up with no elevator so a bit hard with luggage. The room was beautiful and clean the breakfast was very very basic with no protein and only apples as fruits.."

"We weren't familiar with the property, and booked online. At first glance, upon arrival, it didn't seem like a very comfortable place to stay, given that we were supposed to stay ten days, but as time went by, we really appreciated: - the convenience, the area isn't very busy and convenient for both Trapani and Marsala; - the cleanliness (Ms. Rosalba cleaned the room every morning and was very helpful if we needed anything); - the relaxation, we had the first room near the sea and slept with the "sound" of the sea in the background 🔝. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment, but we spent ten truly carefree days. The only flaw is that there aren't many drawers to store clothes for those staying for a longer period. The value for money is excellent!!! It will definitely remain a wonderful memory!"
