Nice hotel with beautiful rooms- rooftop bar & small pool. Friendly staff . A lot of restaurants around thr hotel. Trapani is not so amazing.

A 4 star hotel that’s more operated as an B+B. Only a reception and a breakfast service. When we checked in we got downgraded. After mention the situation we got a room according to the booking. At night we heard loud music from the neighbors. Nothing changed even after 3 calls. Furthermore the electricity was tuned of every 30min for 6 times. Next day we experienced the same noice in the afternoon. We insisted on a change of a room. Recommend everyone not to stay in this facility.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

Struttura in ottima posizione , alle spalle del lungomare e di fronte ai giardini , è’ ricavato in un edificio antico , ma ha più la struttura e i servizi di un B & b che di un hotel : non dispone di una hall, e l’accoglienza è’ più simile a una portineria che ad un hotel , per di più a 4 stelle . Spazi interni curati, così come le stanze; bel bagno e buoni prodotti per igiene. Roof top carino , ma con servizio limitato ( dalle 15 alle 20…). Colazione così così , in uno spazio ricavato sul cortile interno : prodotti non eccellenti , frutta non sempre fresca , e servizio sostanzialmente assente . Nell’insieme il personale non è affatto cortese , a tratti sbrigativo , a confermare la sensazione di non essere un vero hotel . Non c’è chi prende le valigie , né’ chi accompagna , e la perla finale , al check out , è’ stato l’invito a portare il bagaglio nel vano preposto a deposito . Diciamo che l’attenzione al cliente e al turista in Sicilia non è la prima preoccupazione …

The location is very convenient as it is next to the big parking area and there is also parking along the street in front of the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast area is beautiful. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof and you can hear noises from the next room. Bring your own toiletries as they only have one type of wash for body and hair (no conditioner available).

Stunning, well-kept structure on the outskirts of the center of Trapani, 10 minutes from the port, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, varied and quality breakfast, the flagship is a rooftop with swimming pool and breathtaking views. The excellent service and special thanks to Monica whose customer care is distinctive. We will be back and highly recommend it
