Nice hotel with beautiful rooms- rooftop bar & small pool. Friendly staff . A lot of restaurants around thr hotel. Trapani is not so amazing.

A 4 star hotel that’s more operated as an B+B. Only a reception and a breakfast service. When we checked in we got downgraded. After mention the situation we got a room according to the booking. At night we heard loud music from the neighbors. Nothing changed even after 3 calls. Furthermore the electricity was tuned of every 30min for 6 times. Next day we experienced the same noice in the afternoon. We insisted on a change of a room. Recommend everyone not to stay in this facility.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

We are still at the hotel and are enjoying every aspect of our stay here. The staff have all been great, especially in reception. The room and communal areas are spotless and fitted out with quality, stylish furnishings. My only issue is small and is all hotels in general, we have a wardrobe in the room but only 4 hangers and a lack of shelf space for 2 people staying a week. Why? Oh well. There is a restaurant which provides all meals.breakfast was always adequate etc. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Trapani as it is on the edge of the old town and close enough to everything. It blends modern and traditional and is very reasonably priced.

We booked a superior room for 3 nights at the beginning of June which was excellent. Extremely large and quiet. The hotel is airy, light and has a great restaurant are. Excellent value too and helpful and courteous staff. Well located too for both the old town and the port area.

The location is very convenient as it is next to the big parking area and there is also parking along the street in front of the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast area is beautiful. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof and you can hear noises from the next room. Bring your own toiletries as they only have one type of wash for body and hair (no conditioner available).

We travelled with our 18 month old, they prepared a lovely cot for him and he slept very well! Staff were hospitable and helpful ! Breakfast was plentiful! The hotel's location is excellent close to shops, restaurants and a walk away from the old town of Trapani. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Beautiful rooms but walls were bit thin so could hear corridor noise, staff helpful and polite, excellent breakfast so much variety and good quality. Location was great. Trapani nice place we actually visited in March 2023 and weather was nice. Erice worth a visit. Favignana island was nice too accessible by boat. The town is lively with some nice bars and restaurants.

This is a classic 4 star hotel. Excellent reception desk assistants to help with whatever you need. We got a superior room because we wanted space. Everything spacious. Spacious bathroom with hot water and good shower. Good beds, pillows. Floors spotless clean. Very convenient neighborhood with everything walkable. Car park across the street. Put an app on your phone and it is very inexpensive-a few dollars a day.

Location of this property was OK, was a 10 minute walk from the old town - decent restaurants around the hotel though. The hotel itself is average, beds were quite hard and pillows were flat as pancakes. Some of the stuff is really nice, some of it unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonably good. One thing that was really annoying is you had to get the front desk to adjust the temperature your room.

This is a nice building in a very convenient location, especially if you arrive by car as there is a large public parking next door. The room itself was a bit disappointing. It is small and a couple of small windows for the interior court. Bed was 2-3 feet from the door so it was noisy. With such a small room and having to open one suitcase on the floor reduced the space even more. Lighting in the bathroom was very good but we couldn't take a shower without making a big puddle of water on the floor. For breakfast, the selection was ok but the quality was so-so. Croissants were very dry (more like cookies) and the bacon (when there was some) was super salty. There was also an issue of availability. On both morning, they ran out of food at about 9h30. On the second day, they were out of bacon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bread, etc all at the same time (see photos). On the afternoon of our arrival, we went to the pool bar for refreshments. It was a bit too windy to enjoy it but the main problem was the music. The barman seemed to enjoy his music as he was singing along but it was certainly not the style of music that the clients were enjoying ( I am in my late 60s and was among the youngest there). Some more relaxing music would have been nice.
