I must give a bad review. The attitude of the front desk staff is bad. I was told that there is no breakfast when I booked a sea view room with breakfast. The room I was given was a room facing the corner of the street. It was a very, very bad experience.

到着の数時間前に予約したのに、待たずにチェックイン。気持ち良い出迎え。スタッフは優秀な方達。フロントスタッフの女性達は綺麗でとても親切。整備の男性もとても感じが良い。朝食会場のスタッフは円滑に接客。
建物は現代的で海沿い。交通量が多く、車の走行音が気になる人は海側がお勧め。ホテルの前には公共の無料の駐車場。中心街まで徒歩で海沿いに30分。近隣の町への移動に便利な立地。徒歩圏内にスーパーがあり。
部屋は使いやすい間取り。少し年季が入っているものの、清掃はとても丁寧で衛生的で気持ちよく使えた。残念だったのはシャワーが固定式のレインシャワーで慣れてないと使い難いこと。最近よく見る作りのシャワールームで、もし長風呂だと、扉がなく小さい換気扇のみのなのでバスルームがサウナ状態になり、床や壁が濡れて困る。一方で洗面台は大きく広々。
タオルは３種、バスタオル、フェイス、ビデ用。生憎、一枚がやや古びて裾がほつれていたのが少し残念。アメニティはシャワージェル、ヘアキャップ、固形石鹸、綿棒と化粧用コットン。もし出来れば今後はスリッパがあれば嬉しい。
ホテルとは関係ないが、トラパニの宿泊税は先日値上がりしたそうで、予約時の料金と違っていました。
朝食がお勧め。以前のビュッフェから予約注文制へ。フロントで専用の紙を貰う。メニューは一覧からの選択、希望の時間を書いて前日までに提出。朝食会場は７時から１０時。海を眺めながらゆったりと過ごせる。着席後に暖かい状態で個々の皿で料理やジュースが提供。コーヒーと紅茶は機械を利用。生搾りオレンジジュースで専用の道具で自ら絞れて楽しい。トーストは希望の具を聞かれて作り立て。料金は予約時は7ユーロだったが、現在は10ユーロ。
全体として大きな問題なく過ごせた。スタッフが優秀なので安心して泊まれる。機会があればまた訪れたくお勧めホテル。

Clean, friendly, and classy. Located right on the water, mostly very rocky, but there are a few small sandy bits. Great food & staff. A little bit out of the way from downtown, about a 20 minute walk, (NY style). Hidden gem.

Enjoyed my 2 days stay. Clean, nice room with a beautiful sea view. Very good breakfast available (not included), pleasant staff. The swimming pool is nice, but the private beach is underwhelming.

Tramonto mozzafiato. Posizione top, panorama fantastico. Leggermente distante dal centro a piedi. Colazione e cucina di alto livello. Pulizia ottima. Piscina e solarium presenti e fruibili con facilità.

On y dort très bien.dommage pour la piscine car il faisait trop froid. Le personnel est très sympa,nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car on donnait sur la rue, comme l'hôtel était vide il n'y a pas eu de problème. C'est un hôtel magnifique avec une jolie vue mais dommage pas de plage....il faut y aller en été je pense. Petit déjeuner très complet. Parking en bas de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement .
