Beautiful B&B Rossanna the host was very friendly & helpful nothing too much trouble breakfast nice something for all tastes Rooms very spacious and decorated beautifully room service everyday which was nice Location excellent just 5 minutes walk form everything I would highly recommend staying we had a fabulous stay Paula

Nice hotel but lacks basic things like lift, parking. Furthermore we had booked months ahead of our trip and had requested rooms next to each other since no rooms were available that could take us all, only to find out one day before our arrival that rooms were not next to each other. One of the walls in the room had just been renovated and had a strong smell of concrete.

Rosanna is the heart and soul of this place. Her service outperformed a small disadvantages and made the whole experience unforgettable. The hotel is located in the old city centre. Very close to main shopping/ restaurants street. Very old building with high ceiling. Unique decor in the whole building, with spectacular ground-floor reception. Perfect for Instagram feed :) We stayed in Passione Superior Double room. Beautiful, big room. Very comfortable bed. One day was raining for the whole evening so we decided to stay in the room. We watched tv and read books sitting on the sofa or armchair. There is a small kettle so you can enjoy tea while reading. You can take a lots of pictures of interiors and create an ambient using the side light. The bathroom was ok, small but fancy shower. You need to be careful while first using it as it take some practise to figure it out how it works and try to not burn yourself with hot water. I would add more art to the bathroom decor to match the main room. It was clean with basic toiletries. For extra beach towels you need top pay extra. The wi-fi wasn't very fast but I guess is because of the old building. Also, if you suffer from misophonia or you are very senstitive to noise, this place won't be a great choice. You can hear the street noise, music and people all the time, plus church bells. Because of the high ceilings and concrete floor you hear noise from upstairs room. However after midnight there was no noise and we slept without problem through all night. The highlight of our stay is an exceptional hosting from Rosanna. She welcomed us recommending places to visit in Trapani, booked dinners in the local restaurants and made delicious breakfast in the morning. I'm gluten and dairy free so it's very challenging to find many options to eat in hotels, but Rosanna made an effort to make sure I wasn't left behind. Every morning she prepared fresh bacon and eggs, sandwiches, pastries and hot drinks. Although the breakfast room is small it was a feast. We absolutely loved our experience and will remember that hotel for sure.

Nothing bad to say about this place. The room was extremely spacious, spotless and nicely furnished. The location (right behind the Jesuits' church) is literally metres away from the heart of the centro storico of Trapani. Rosanna is a kind and welcoming host who did her best to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was not wildly exciting, but reasonable enough for the price range. In sum, strongly recommended.
