This is an amazing place. Room are small but views are great. Lots to do both on the property with 3 pools, a cold lake for the brave to jump into (including me), a spa built into a rock and extensive gardens, as well as off-site. Villa Carlotta, ferries to Bellagio, and a cute little town that is largely hidden from view. (Go up any random set of steps and just keep going.) Breakfast is included and great. Stay away from the lunch menu, though. Had a thoroughly mediocre bowl of minestrone for 30 euros .However, the lemon mousse (24 euros) was otherworldly. For lunch and dinner, go 100 yards south and there is a selection of authentic restaurants where a full meal for 2 costs less than that bowl of soup. And you know these restaurants are authentic because if you sit outdoors, when they set the table, they give you an ashtray.

This hotel is breathtaking and marries the quintessential Italian style with a colorful modern touch. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and everything we ordered was fabulous. The staff were incredibly kind and we enjoyed speaking with them! Spectacular restaurant for a romantic evening! After dinner we explored the inside of the hotel where you will find an enticing offering of candies in glass drawers and rose and candle light galore! A feast for the eyes! Recommend the aperol spritz, turbot fish, sweet and sour fried seafood, and filet. Enjoy!

O hotel é lindo por si só. Ambientes aconchegantes e convidativos. Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Restaurantes (sim, no plural porque o hotel oferece 3 restaurante) 5 estrelas. Acho que comi a melhor pasta da minha vida em um deles. Suíte linda, confortável, com banheiro grande e duas pias. A vista é de tirar o fôlego. Todo o hotel consegue ser clássico mas também colorido. É uma grande experiência!

Dans un style Rococo Italien pur, on est dans le cadre idyllique et idéal pour découvrir le lac de Côme. La vue est y imprenable, l'emplacement face à Bellagio très pratique pour visiter la rive d'en face. Le personnel de l'hôtel est digne des grands palaces Parisiens, le restaurant très bon. Les espaces verts, piscine sont magnifiques. Très difficile de trouver un point négatif, peut être uniquement la route en contrebas, mais comme quasiment tous les hôtels du Lac. Un lieu absolument magique pour un weekend romantique.

Everything about our stay (2nd time) at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo was fabulous. Our room was stylish and comfortable with gorgeous lake views. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved sitting by the pool on the garden side. But what made our stay so wonderful was the staff. Every staff member we met was professional, polite, friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We stayed 5 nights and felt so pampered that we were very sad when it was time to leave. We cannot wait to return to gorgeous Lake Como and the wonderful hospitality of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo!

My husband and I went to the spa today and each had hair treatments of Rossano Ferretti’s excellent products of which we are long term customers of their hair treatment line. We both had haircuts by Guilia which were truly superb. She is very talented and should be recognised for her professional and efficient services and the excellent results. The manager Natalie Monti was of great service and gave a very friendly and professional reception We will make a point of returning to the spa and haircut facilities whenever in the region.

Ordinarily shld be superb but a couple of comments. To not have an electric charger for a car in the garage and not have current News papers. Only those of yesterday and moreover even tho’ we are dining and using the spa, not available unless you have a room. A wonderful hotel with much potential. Donato was very helpful but constrained by the rules.

Abbiamo pranzato sulla terrazza direttamente affacciata sul lago, un vero incanto! Piatti squisiti. Peccato solo per la sabbia nelle vongole. Il personale si è scusato mentre stavamo uscendo offrendoci un dolce che abbiamo gentilmente rifiutato.
