This hotel is in a beautiful location very close to the ferry and a bus stop. Stunning views, good restauronts, safe and some what of a community feel. The restauront was fine, the room was very small with technical difficulties such as some light switches not working, broken drying cord, broken do not disturb button but it was clean. Overall it was fine and clean and well situated.

We have been two days in the Bazzoni hotel, the room had a good orientation and there was not too much noise. The room had everything you needed and the location was good.
The only thing to improve was the air conditioning that could not be modified and that the hotel only has one elevator and most of the time we had to go up and down the stairs in the mornings

This may only be rated a 3* hotel but it far exceeds this rating. The rooms are air conditioned and perfectly clean and presentable. The staff are all enthusiastic, friendly and keen to please. The regular boat service that takes you to various other towns around the lake stops directly outside of the hotel making it a great place to base yourself. There’s a choice of two restaurants, the main restaurant offers a variety of food and the menu changes daily, there is also a more formal venue for those special occasions. Both great options. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this hotel.

We had a fantastic week at Hotel Bazzoni with parents and teenage kids all really enjoying their time here. Staff were incredibly helpful, food was fantastic (especially breakfasts and great dishes in No26 Restaurant - I thoroughly recommend this) and location great for water transport direct to Belaggio, Menaggio and beyond. Lots of additional good restaurants and bars around including the Cantina, literally a wine cave, just behind the hotel with open most of the day with local and other Italian wines and traditional food. Also a great art shop featuring local artists. Th evening musical entertainment was a great hit as well. Very good value and I wiil be back in May.

Very friendly helpful staff and the view from our room was beautiful. To sit on the balcony and watch the boats and mountain scenery on lake Como was perfection. The staff in the dining room were so very efficient and friendly and service was fast.

We Spent a wonderful Easter break at this lovely hotel on lake como. Great room with amazing lake view. Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and a great price !! We highly recommend this hotel. We will look forward to our next visit - thank you
