1. No elevator 2. No working ice machine 3. Room stank as did lobby and hall 4. Not enough working outlets...I plugged my phone into the bedside table which I found out in the morning doesn't work so nothing had charged 5. Bathroom so crowded you had to sit sideways on the toilet and no room for toiletries anywhere in there 6. No plug for the tub

On the plus side: the rooms are large and bright, and the beds are comfortable. On the minus side: the room appoin**ents are inadequate. There's just one chair, and it's too low. There is no coffee maker; if you want coffee you have to go to the lobby and pay to get some rather inferior machine-made coffee. And the charge for the room is well out of line with similar accommodation elsewhere in Ontario.

Staff at front desk very pleasant. Hard to describe service with Covid restrictions. Room was very large with two queen beds, fridge and microwave. Paneled floor. Could use new paint. Smelled of smoke.
