Great place to stay visiting Trier. Easy access to the sites and more restaurant selection within walking distance. The lady at the desk was also very approachable and provided great customer service. Thank you.

Bei der Ankunft (nach 16:00 Uhr) war das Zimmer komplett ungemacht. Wir bekamen dann ein neues Zimmer, in dem die Flasche Mineralwasser fehlte.

Das Hotel hat gute, saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schade, dass nicht auch die Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen gibt, aber Restaurants sind zahlreiche in der Nähe.

Gardinen nicht in der Laufschiene. Umschalter Brause defekt, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, Zimmer Lärmanfällig durch die jeweils am Haus vorhandenen Terrassen. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster kaum möglich
