The fact that it rained most of the time didn't bother us much, especially because of the beautiful hotel."

"Air-conditioning does not work during summer open windon but still super hot. First room provided when enter had a foul smell and found used napkins in bin not cleared! Went to reception and change another room immediately the 2nd room is adjoining to next door and I test out the door to find it unlocked can hear the next door guest and It cant be lock on my own hence went again to reception to have it locked. I checked in very late night hungry and alot of drama...whole night sleeping in sweat 😓 ask hotel reception abt aircon and cannot solve travelling w 2 separate colleagues whom their rooms also no aircon"

The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended."

"A lovely little hotel, a 5-minute drive from the center of Trier. Perfect for visiting the Christmas market in December. A major plus is the parking lot right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel also has a restaurant where we had dinner on our first night. A very good Italian restaurant at reasonable prices."

"A very typical commercial, unmanned apartment. The rooms are large, close to the Moser River, and have all the necessary cooking and drying facilities, making it suitable for families. The balcony room is highly recommended! Two major issues: 1. It's very difficult to find because there are almost no street signs. We asked many people within 50 meters of the hotel, but no one knew where it was, even though it's actually very close to the Holiday Inn next door. 2. It's unattended. The doors automatically lock after 11 PM, so there's no way to store luggage. It's only suitable for overnight stays or two-night stays."

"we stayed above the sun terrace looking down at the bier garten. It is a nice treed setting by a creek and below vineyards. a bus stop outside takes you right to the Roman gate in old town Trier. bus 81 or bus 6 on weekdays. the reception helpful with bus info, but note return not to the same stop but dismount at oliweg entrance and follow short path to back of hotel. otherwise u r in for a long ride. For return take stop 5 near the gate and info centre. This resort has everything with a pleasant bier garten, great breakfasts, sports lounge and cozy nooks if eating inside and the garten has a retractable roof. Had the pool to myself and the streamside path is pleasant and crossing over the road you can access vineyard walkways with great views. I wasn't in love with my bed, but my spouse had no problem...that's my only complaint. There is a big staff and they are personable, pleasant and helpful. Definitely hard-working. I traded in a day's cleaning for a brew from their haus and i liked the dunkel the best. there are cushions and comforters everywhere, everything is thought of and looked after, there are even e-bike chargers in the parking lot."

"Hotel without an elevator, room not soundproofed, avoid French speakers as our language is unknown, no French TV channels, reception managed solely online! It's 7:30 am and the room next door has been blasting music since 5:30 am!! The only positive thing, thankfully, was a more than decent breakfast and pleasant staff. In short, I won't be staying at this hotel again!!"

The hotel is on the edge of town, and it is easy to walk to the main street, but it is a certain distance from the main attractions. By the way, you can visit Marx's former residence..."

"The hotel is extremely central to the main market of the trier. There are kitchens and restaurants right in front of the door. The rooms are very simple, but really clean. No refrigerator or safe. But this is also apparent from the hotel description. We were Sainte-Evening there. At the time there was neither an occupied reception nor breakfast service. Also this was communicated in advance. The key was deposited in a safe that we could open with a code. Whoever looks for a relatively cheap hotel in the centre of Trier and doesn't expect wellness and other snick snack is well lifted here. The hotel is also located directly at 50 m from the hotel. The Sunday and holiday prices of € 3.40 for 24 hours per calendar day are also more than acceptable. We even had the luck to let the Holy evening out in a nice bar right next to the hotel."
