The hotel is in a good condition and the location is in the heart of city center. The gym for a hotel this size is a joke. People outside the area were singing well after midnight disturbing the sleep. The bar service is poor. Will stay in Ibis next door for a lot less money, similar location and facilities.

Prima hotel, op een zeer goede lokatie van het mooie centrum. Uitstekend ontbijt, mooie, ruime, schone kamers.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Makkelijk parkeren in de garage onder het hotel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für Trier-Besucher. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Park Plaza ist ein sehr gutes Hotel für jeden Anspruch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist seine optimale Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nahezu zu Fuß zu erreichen. Service und Ambiente sind top. Jederzeit gerne wieder 👍!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man wie wir wegen Weihnachtsshopping und Weihnachtsmarkt anreist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war gut, aber nicht herausragend, daher "nur" 4 Sterne. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.

This hotel is not only very well located, it also has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Rooms have very comfy beds and pillows so you'll get a great quality of sleep here. The service is excellent, in both the bar and the restaurant. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the common areas, this is a hotel with soul and personalit. We walked from here to the Christmas market and multiple museums. The only point that needs improvement is the breakfast, the coffee was average, limited bread selection and no pancakes or waffles, I have been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast. Parking is conveniently located and decently priced. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the overall experience was great so we definitely will back to this hotel as we want to use the spa next time.

Situation : centrale. À une centaine mètres de la place principale. À proximité de toutes les curiosités touristiques et historiques. Par contre, relativement éloigné de la gare : comptez +/- 15 à 20 minutes. Cadre : Moderne. Cosy. Très propre. Chambre (standard) : très confortable. Très propre. Assez spacieuse. Bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner : concept traditionnel de buffet. Très grand choix, y compris en plats chaud. Niveau boisson aussi le choix est large : grand choix de boissons chaude, plusieurs jus de fruit, vin blanc pétillant local Bar : cadre chaleureux. Ouvert toute la journée et jusque 1h00 le soir. Rapport qualité-prix : excellent. Seul le prix du petit déjeuner peut paraître élevé. Mais il est justifié par le large choix (par contre, n'y allez pas si vous voulez juste un café et un croissant)
