I was in Trieste for the Immaculate Conception weekend with my family. From the central station it is easily reachable with a walk. Hotel is in a great location for visiting the centre. Very clean, large rooms, normal but good breakfast with the possibility of having something more on request. If I were to return to Trieste I would stay in this hotel again!

Hotel in a central location, in a pedestrian area and a 5-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia, equipped with a lift. Clean, tidy and well soundproofed room. We were lucky to have the room with a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and sea view. Staff are polite and available at any time, as the reception is present 24 hours a day. Super Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. (viele Geschäft und Lokale im Umkreis); alles sehr sauber und gut ausgesattet; nette & sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter, minimalistisches aber sehr gutes Frühstück. Absolut gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und ich würde hier für einen kurzen Citytrip wieder herkommen.

Barriere architettoniche. Stanza piccola. Bagno di difficile utilizzo da parte di un disabile (per non dire impossibile). Asciugamani così consumati da vederne nettamente la trama e l'ordito. Colazione: succo di frutta servito direttamente dal cartone, nemmeno rinfrescato. Mancava il succo d'arancia perché "non è arrivato il carico"(!!!!! Era succo d'arancia della Rauch, e a poche centinaia di metri c'è un supermercato: esci e lo compri!) Sono stata tante volte in un 2 stelle, compresa Venezia di cui tutti si lamentano: non mi sono mai sentita presa in giro e derubata dei miei 90 euro, mai. Qui sì. Sconsigliatissimo!

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel extensively throughout Europe regularly and have a budget that is £90 to €150. Some will excel and some will disappoint a little but this is so bad that it needs to be reported. It is also concerning how someone can agressively enter your room in the manner that we experienced. Be careful when booking via TripAdvisor and *********** etc as it will default to a shared bathroom. You need to pay extra for your own bathroom and air conditioning is extra too. When we stayed it was over 27 degrees at night. The fan didn't work and another socket also didn't work so we raised a complaint with Stefano in Reception but we were met with aggressive abuse. He said he was coming in the room but I asked him not to as my wife was not comfortable as she was not comfortably clothed but he insisted in barging in and then continued to get more ageeesive. This was horrible and a really terrible experience for us as a couple. Also, the sink drain way didn't work. We have video evidence for all the non working items if Trip Advisor of *********** need them. Avoid at all costs. Please.
