Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. L'esperienza non è stata purtroppo positiva. La camera spaziosa non era particolarmente pulita. La finestra si affacciava sul ponteggio di un cantiere non attivo, all'interno di un cortile angusto e buio. Certamente può succedere ma ritengo che l'ospite debba essere avvertito all'atto della prenotazione, così da poter eventualmente confermare o scegliere un'alternativa! Ho chiesto di poter avere un paio di ciabatte da camera, che non mi sono state consegnate. Dopo aver sollevato verbalmente le mie lamentele, ho ricevuto le ciabatte e, all'indomani, uno sconto di € 15,00... La colazione sufficiente, ma senza stelle!

Non abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ma il personale è stato gentilissimo venendo incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. Per fortuna, l'umanità esiste ancora. Spero di poter soggiornare presto in questo hotel. Grazie allo staff e alla manager.

Hotel in posizione strategica: a poca distanza dal centro e dalla stazione, ma soprattutto a 2 passi da Piazza Oberdan, punto di partenza di bus per ogni destinazione (Miramare, Opicina, Grotta Gigante, Barcola...). Buffet della colazione non ricchissimo, personale molto gentile, pulizia buona, camera silenziosa e funzionale.

Premessa: come sempre le stelle di un hotel rispondono a criteri abbastanza oscuri. Detto questo devo dire che i punti di forza di questo albergo sono la posizione, il personale (giovane e gentile), la pulizia. Da rivedere qualche servizio.

Siamo stati tre notti in quest'albergo e complessivamente è andata bene, però alcune pecche ci sono e spero che questa recensione sia utile al miglioramento .... nel bagno il cestino aveva il coperchio rotto e quindi bisognava aprirlo a mano, non funzionava l'estrattore d'aria e mancava il tappetino per la doccia, che pur bella e spaziosa schizzava acqua fuori ... il bidet troppo corto, va bene solo per il tipo di seduta che usano le signore. Pulizia normale, quindi superficiale, se uno si mette a fare il Barbieri della situazione la polvere la trova eccome. Niente da dire sulla colazione e sulla gentilezza dagli addetti

Location bella e vicina al centro ma sconsiglio l'albergo per il pessimo servizio ricevuto. Il riscaldamento della stanza è rimasto rotto per tutta la nostra vacanza di 3 giorni, con una stagione piovosa e fredda (week-end di Pasqua). Asciugamani sempre bagnati per tutti e 3 i giorni di vacanza per rottura (a loro dire) dell'asciugatrice dell'albergo, Indisponibilità costante delle cuffie da docce. Colazione molto cara, poco variegata e di bassa qualità. Nessuno sconto al pagamento: hanno preteso la tariffa piena nonostante la pessima qualità del servizio.

For the first time I stayed at Hotel Solun as the hotel, where we have a corporate rate was fully booked. Honestly, it was a very positive surprise. Centrally located and warm welcome. The public areas are modern and cosy and my room, a Deluxe room on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. Great bed and nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast room modern. The hotel has no parking or valet service, but they reserved a space at the nearby NH hotel, just 5 minutes walking distance. A very solid hotel at reasonable price. Two thumbs up.

Good hotel located a short distance from the center and the train station. Spacious room, we booked the business type, located on the second floor (202), equipped with all comforts from the coffee machine to slippers. The breakfast, although limited, is really good, you can choose between a platter of cheeses and/or cured meats, pancakes, eggs. If I had one criticism it would be that our room had no outside view, but since you only come to sleep it wasn't a problem at all.
