I loved our overnight stay at The Modernist! It’s a chic, smart, arty hotel in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all the shopping, bars and restaurants. The room was spotless with tea, coffee, minibar and toiletries all provided. The restaurant and cocktail bar serves creative cocktails, a great buffet breakfast and a fabulous dinner - we enjoyed them all!!

In occasione della rassegna Le vie delle Foto, ho visitato la mostra Magica India ospitata n questo hotel accogliente e colorato. Situato in un palazzo storico nel centro di Trieste. Ci siamo concesse una piacevole pausa caffè accompagnato da deliziosi pasticcini.

Pro: pulizia, arredi, colazione, cortesia, letto comodo, bar al piano terra che serve ottimi cocktails, personale giovane. Contro: in camera troppo rumore di motorini e auto dal corso sottostante, a tutte le ore. Consiglio di chiedere camere lato interno.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima,forse troppo,molto rumorosa la strada ma è stata l'unica pecca.I servizi e la pulizia davvero eccellenti,la prossimità del park san giusto 100 m, ed altrettanto vicine le bellezze della città,tanto da girare a piedi. Il prezzo leggermente alto,ma ci può stare visto la posizione.

It‘s a modern style new hotel in the heart of Trieste. All kind of stores, restaurants, famous Trieste buffets and cafes are in walking distance from the hotel. Garage San Giusto is app. 200m walking distance from the hotel . The hotel is offering a 15% discount voucher for the hotel. Please note that rooms and beds are comfortable but you must consider that you might have no view from the windows because the neighbor building is only 2m away. Breakfast is top, staff ist young and very friendly. The hotel has a bar opening in the evening!
