I would say that if someone asked me for advice on hospitality and cleanliness I would tell them that it is a simple but clean, decent hotel in an excellent location

The good: great location for train/bus stations and centre of city. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff.
The not-as-good: traffic outside room may disrupt light sleepers. WiFi signal inside room as very poor. Had to stand outside room to get a signal.

Very nice place to stay some parts looking a bit tired however clean and staff excellent. We were in room 401 and the plumbing was a bit off. No hot water on first day. Fixed however still not right, basin water dribbles out (hot) and cold gushes out.
