The room was very nice, the bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Bonus- they have a limo that takes u and picks u up for dinner. My in-laws were in the 'honeymoon suite' and absolutely loved it, said the shower was amazing. So to sum it up Best Westerns aren't what they used to be, lol.

We've stayed in a few Best Westerns on road trips in the US and this was a really nice one. The room was a good size and we had a comfortable sleep. Special mention to the checkIn staff who were very friendly and welcoming. Would gladly stay here again if in Eureka.

We stayed one night while heading south. Location was close to the Old Town. Our room was good and breakfast was simple but good. Reception was friendly and helpful. And importantly we felt safe. Not the hotel’s fault but we were shocked by the number of homeless vagrants in the old town and surrounding areas. Hotel offered a limo service to any restaurant. Definitely not the Eureka I imagined. We would not stay in Eureka again.

Der Pool Bereich ist grandios die Bilder auf der Webseite übertreiben nicht! Im Whirlpool kann man sich auch mit vielen Leuten bequem aufhalten. Die komplette Anlage macht den Eindruck das sie mit Liebe gebaut, betrieben und in standgehalten wird.

This hotel is not a BW Plus... We stayed one night on a road trip, and by far, this was worst experience of our trip. let's start with the good things: The grounds landscaping is nice and the person at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room on the second floor. Upon entering the room, there was a musty, unpleasant smell. The room is really dated and the furniture shabby. The pillows were very hard and huge. The shower stall is very small (and we are pretty small people). The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were diluted to be nothing but water with a tiny bit of soap. Yes. They still had the BW "citrus" label on them, but were pretty useless. The breakfast room is tiny and cannot accommodate all the guests. Yes. They have a sitting area in the yard, but it was very cold that morning. The only saving grace was that they had fresh blueberries... And, the hotel location is in really not nice area of town. I would not recommend.

Hands down, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. My kids loved the billiards table and shooting basketball in the pool. They also liked soaking in the oversized jacuzzi. But taking a limousine to and from your choice of dining venues?? So, so cool!! The room we booked was huge quite spacious. Just such a great place to stay and enjoy, that we stayed a day longer than last year!

My experience at Best Western Plus in Eureka, CA was really, really nice. All staff were extremely helpful. Always smiling and kind and helpful. Every inquiry had their full attention until resolved. The grounds and rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. I loved the complimentary limo Saturday night. I didn’t have to worry about driving around at night finding a good place to eat in the dark. And the ride back! All in hall a wonderful experience. Including the great tips from front desk personnel on great sites with few crowds. 5 Star plus!!

We love this Best Western! We found it about 8 years ago and have gone back numerous time because we love the pool area! It has a nice deep end (8') and a basketball hoop in the shallow end, so there's lots to do. And the jacuzzi area is insane! It is the biggest I have ever seen and can probably fit 20 people, though it's usually not too crowded. And there's a pool table, too. The rooms are nice, as well, and a wonderful hot breakfast and breakfast bar is included. This is not the cheapest place to stay, but if you like the Eureka area or especially if you just like getting away and kicking back at the hotel, you will LOVE this place!

Clean room in a decent location. We walked to the Old Town area and encountered a few "sketchy" spots, but not too bad. Pool areas was really nice. Breakfast was better than average. Beds were comfy. Front desk was very friendly. Parking lot is kind of tight, so a large vehicle (i.e. heavy duty pick up) might be difficult to park.
