very good hotel. top decor. bedding and soundproofing very good. very clean and friendly staff. they came to pick us up from the airport for 10 euros. you can pay in euros. large parking lot. Be careful, the hotel is close to a main road but that didn't bother us at all. we ate in the evening at the restaurant which is also managed by the hotel, despite the time (9:00 p.m.). 2 large pizzas, Martini and beers 17 euros. very plentiful. The morning breakfast is not buffet style but everything was also very good. Nutella omelettes and pancakes. nothing to complain about at this hotel. considering the price it’s an excellent choice!

Modern, clean hotel - probably the best in Banja Luka. Very nice, quiet, clean rooms, large, beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast buffet - however almost too few seats. In the restaurant area it was very noisy at morning, but also at evening. Very well visited. Friendly staff at the reception. Late check-out however only at charge (also as a customer of status!)

The rooms are on 3 floors without lift, the rooms are very small, so much that there is no room to support bags. The hotel is very comfortable and then is very comfortable with the 220V Without light and even worse wires discovered (see photos documenting what is said). Breakfast is not exceptional: some cutting, eggs broken, sauces and even no sweet. The only positive note is the shower, and, moreover, what is unusual and dry, the receptionists wanted to keep the documents ”in hostage” for the entire duration of their stay without returning them after registration.
