The Sunset Tropea is truly a gem: centrally located at the entrance to the pedestrian zone directly above the steep cliff with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Aeolian Islands. Breakfast was served to our room in the morning and we refreshed ourselves on the balcony with a view of Stromboli and the Sanzuario Santa Maria dell'isola. This accommodation is highly recommended: great location, unique view and super friendly staff.

It was a pleasant stay in the low season. The room was clean and modern. Located in the old town and short walk to the beach. Breakfast is cooked to order and the staff is friendly and helping. The ocean water is so clear you might think it’s a swimming pool. Highly recommended.

This property was beautiful! We scheduled our room last minute. We needed 2 nights, but they only had one night available. We met Monica there and she was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. The next day we had to move to a new hotel because this one was full for the night. We asked if it would be possible to borrow our towels for a few hours to go to the beach while we waited to check into our new hotel. Monica was very kind and said yes. However, the owner told her she had to charge us $10 to borrow the towels. We could have bought souvenir towels for that price. Seemed a little like they were trying to just make an extra dollar because they could.

Wir reisten mit dem Motorrad und genossen zwei Nächte im B&B Sunset Tropea. Zwei unvergessliche Nächte. Der Empfang war schon super. Die nette Dame begleitete mich mit dem Motorrad zum Cityparking, wo wir unsere Harley sicher parkieren konnten. (20€) Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Vorabend durften wir das Frühstück zusammenstellen, welches wir am Morgen auf unserem Balkon geniessen durften. Sehr lecker! Das Zimmer ein Traum, sauber uns sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht.... unvergesslich! Wir können kein schlechtes Wort schreiben, einfach nur super. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder und können es nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank

Lovely amazing position and view. Difficult to find. Maps takes you 100m away and tiny sign hard to find. No parking and likely fined for entering the restricted zone trying to get there. Breakfast great. Minimal English.
